did i mention i can only type with one hand my left elbow has what i call a pinched nerve and due to that its constant pain and i cant use my walker so no walking
i went to a pain mgt clinic and he shot it with lidocaine and steroids id like to say it was good but only for 48 hrs i have go back next week hope i have better results this time
hope all of you are well...thats it for now.

    I hope they give you something stronger and to last longer. My laptop is so messed up don't know if e-mail reached you but know you are always in my thoughts with constant prayers,

    Oh Sondra, I know it is hard to get pain meds now because of all the abuse of them; so terribly unfair to those who need it. Best wishes that you get what you need and of course for the reason you need them too. (An 80+ neighbor of ours here in Florida had trouble once getting her prescription renewed; she told her doctor she'd go stand on the corner in (a neighborhood known for drug dealing) ! She got in renewed. (I hope you don't have to do that ;>))

      actually this is only a steroid shot not a controlled substance but i sure understand..
